Let’s talk about this new Trader Joe’s Crunchy Jalapeno Lime & Onion . It gives our food that extra shine with the crunch of garlic, spice and citrus. Simply add this to your meal and discover how it will limit you from having to dig in around the kitchen for a lime or having to chop up garlic to fry. A spoon of this will save you so much time!

Here’ s what you will need:
- Sourdough Toast
- Eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Avocado
- Cherry Tomatoes
- TJ’s Crunchy Jalapeno Lime & Onion
Cooking the eggs:


Using a non-stick pan, on medium heat, add in the oil then pour in the egg mixture. Let it sit for at least 1-2 minutes, lower the heat to your lowest then sprinkle your cheese and let it melt. Flip or move the egg towards the center, then turn off the heat completed. This will help the cheese and egg to combine very well together. Remove the egg from the pan and set to the side.


Toast your bread before adding your mashed avocado.


Add on your scrambled eggs, sliced tomatoes and top it off with TJ’s Jalapeno & Lime crunch.

Ingredients
- 2 Sourdough Toast
- 2 Eggs
- Shredded cheese
- 1Avocado
- 1/4 cup of Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of TJ’s Crunchy Jalapeno Lime & Onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
1. Toast your bread.
2. In a bowl, crack two eggs and mix. Using a non-stick pan, on medium heat, add in oil then pour in the egg mixture. Let it sit for at least 1-2 minutes, lower the heat to your lowest then sprinkle your cheese and let it melt. Flip or move the egg towards the center, then turn off the heat completed. This will help the cheese and egg to combine very well together. Remove the egg from the pan and set to the side.
3. Cut your avocado in half, remove the seed. Using a spoon, scrape the avocado into your bowl then after with fork to mash. Set it to the side.
4. Slice up the cherry tomatoes and set them to the side.

1. Place your toast on the plate.
2. Spread the avocado onto the toast.
3. Add the cooked egg on top.
4. Top it off with cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of TJ’s Jalapeno Lime Crunch.
