Avocado Mushroom Toast

I was not a big fan of making breakfast in the morning, but after I have changed up my diet. Now, I look forward to waking up.

Recipe - Avocado Mushroom Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 3-4 button mushroom, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or any oil of your preference)

Directions

  1. Mash 1 avocado with salt, pepper, and lightly squeeze some lime juice. Set it to the side.
  2. In a small pan, add in avocado oil and garlic. Once garlic turns golden, add in the mushrooms. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Assemble the toast. Spread the avocado onto the toast, top it with mushrooms. If you like spice, add some crushed red pepper.
