    𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 𝗪𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞

  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven at 400F. Grease the muffin cups if you are not using muffin liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well then set to the side.
  3. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients until it’s well mixed.
  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix until it forms into a sticky dough. Add in the blueberry and gently mix until combined.
  5. In a bowl, combine the crumble ingredients. Make sure the butter is broken down.
  6. Spray the muffin cups with cooking spray, then with an ice cream scooper, scoop each scoop into the muffin cups. Top each off with the crumbles and place them into the oven.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the toothpicks is clear when poking in the center.
