This is one of my favorite finger food but over rice. Why is it my favorite? Well, first of all, you should never waste sauce braised in chicken. Remove the excessive oil then you can use it for noodles or re-use it to cook eggs!
Here’ s what you will need:
- Chicken Drumettes
- Cooking Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Cooking Wine
- Water
- Brown Sugar
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green onions

Tip: Make sure to fry the garlic and ginger in the oil until it releases their flavor into the oil.

After the ginger and garlic its golden brown, add in your drumsticks and pour over the sauce. Cover to cook for 15 minutes. Rotate the drumsticks and cook for another 15 minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
