Corn Salsa

Snack cravings satisfaction. This can be a snack or a side dish for lunch, dinner or party tray! Perfect dish to make during the summer as it refreshing with a kick.

Here’ s what you will need:

  • Corn
  • Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • Lemon
  • Paprika
  • salt & pepper

Combine everything together. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • hand full cilantro, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
