Here’ s what you will need:
- Corn
- Onion
- Jalapeno
- Lemon
- Paprika
- salt & pepper

Combine everything together. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

Recipe - Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 cups of corn (frozen or fresh)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- hand full cilantro, roughly chopped
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
