Perfect dessert for your love ones or just because.
𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝:
– 3 ramekins (8 oz)
– powdered sugar
– raspberry sauce
– dusting wand for sugar

Pre-heat oven at 400F. Spray each ramekin with cooking spray or brush with melted unsalted butter. Add in 1/2 tablespoon sugar for each. Twirl the ramekin around so the sugar coats the side. Remove any excessive sugar from the ramekin. Set to the side.

Heat up a pot of water, once it boils, place a bigger bowl above the pot to create a double boiler. Lower the heat and add in the chocolate and the half and half. Mix until the chocolate is melted. Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer or hand mix until it forms a firm peak. Add egg yolk and salt into the cooled chocolate. Mix until combined. Add the egg whites into the chocolate and fold it lightly. DO NOT OVER FOLD

Transfer the mixture onto each ramekins. Bake in the oven for at least 10-13 mins. Top it off with fresh fruits, fruit jam, whip cream, ice cream or dusted power sugar and serve while it is hot!
