What is this green bowl? A green smoothie but in a bowl instead of a cup. I figured I would give this a try since there was a bag of spinach and frozen pineapple. Healthy morning eat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 plain green yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1/2 banana
  • 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀:
  • Shredded unsweet coconut
  • sliced banana
  • flaxseeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • granolas

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Top it off with your favorite toppings.
