Kale Chips (Air Fryer)

Ever feel guilty eating chips and can’t stop because that good? Here’s an alternative. I was so happy using the air-fryer for this recipe.

Recipe - Green Bowl

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Wash your kale and tear them into bite pieces. (Do not break them too small as they will burn easily when you cook them)
  2. Make sure kale is dried completely before seasoning with oil, salt and pepper. (You may add additional flavor if you like)
  3. Toss the kale into the air fryer. Make sure the kales are spread apart. Set air fryer at 370F for 10 minutes.
