Ever feel guilty eating chips and can’t stop because that good? Here’s an alternative. I was so happy using the air-fryer for this recipe.
Recipe - Green Bowl
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Wash your kale and tear them into bite pieces. (Do not break them too small as they will burn easily when you cook them)
- Make sure kale is dried completely before seasoning with oil, salt and pepper. (You may add additional flavor if you like)
- Toss the kale into the air fryer. Make sure the kales are spread apart. Set air fryer at 370F for 10 minutes.
