I wasn’t a big fan of chia seed pudding because of the gelatin texture, but it grew to me after I’ve started eating it for breakfast. Such a simple prep before you go to bed.
Recipe -Smoked Salmon (TJ's Edition)
- 1/3 cup milk (milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (choice of your sweetener)
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
1. Combined all ingredients together and fridge overnight. Next morning, top it off with sliced banana or any fruits of your choice.
