Raspberry Banana Dark Chocolate Bread

How can you not like the combination of raspberry and dark chocolate? My bananas were ripe so I was looking around to see what I could possible do them and here, I found The Big Man’s World recipe!

Here’ s what you will need:

Mix dry ingredients and went ingredients in two separate bowls.

Combined the two mixtures together, before folding in the raspberries, nuts and chocolate.

Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.

Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!

Recipe - Raspberry Banana Dark Chocolate Bread

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups banana mashed (approximately 4 bananas)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Need:

  • 9 x 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Do the same with the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry. Fold in the raspberry , chocolate and nuts.
  4. Transfer the batter into the loaf pan. Top it off with some raspberry and chocolate.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
