Sauteed Green Onions

I’m the type that must add greens to top off the noodles. I just feel like I’m eating a naked noodle dish if there is no greens. I grew up eating Lo Mein as my breakfast or/and lunch just because it was a quick and simple dish. It’s egg noodles mixed with vegetables, meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. I discovered I was able to make this simple dish to taste even better. Sautéed green onions!

You will need:

  • Garlic
  • Green Onions
  • Ginger
  • Oil
  • Salt

Make sure all ingredients are either chopped or minced before adding into the oil.

Sautéed everything until it is fragrant. Ready to top it with your food!
