I love eating simple dishes and I thought Mongolian beef was one of them.
Here’ s what you will need:
- Beef
- Onion
- Soy Sauce
- Cooking Wine
- Garlic
- Brown Sugar
- Oil
- Ginger
- Corn Starch
- Jalapeno
Why marinate the beef in cooking wine with cornstarch?
- This will give the beef more flavor as the cornstarch will keep the flavors within when frying.
