Spicy Mongolian Beef

I love eating simple dishes and I thought Mongolian beef was one of them.

Here’ s what you will need:

  • Beef
  • Onion
  • Soy Sauce
  • Cooking Wine
  • Garlic
  • Brown Sugar
  • Oil
  • Ginger
  • Corn Starch
  • Jalapeno

Why marinate the beef in cooking wine with cornstarch?

  • This will give the beef more flavor as the cornstarch will keep the flavors within when frying.
