Strawberry Lemonade

Summer is coming and to keep you cool, I have decided to share my refreshing homemade strawberry lemonade.

What you will need to make your life easier would be a blender. I used my food processor, but you can also use a blender, muddler or worse case, can use a fork too!

I love shopping at Sprouts and I tend to find fruit deals from them the most. Costco could be another options as well.

To make the blending process a tad faster, chop up the strawberries instead of having them whole. You want the strawberries to be well blended, no chunks left behind.

After a few blends, it should look like this.

Pour the puree into a jar/jug, add in lemon juice, agave and water. Mix well. I personally like leaving it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice. It just tastes a lot better.

What I like the most about this drink is that I can also use it to make a margarita cocktail and not have to worry about how much sugar is in the mixture since I can adjust from the recipe.

Enjoy!
