I am trying to incorporate oats back into my breakfast meals. It has been a while since I had it due to my diet. This was such a warm and cozy bowl to eat. I wanted to eat another , but ended up saving the rest for the following day. In case you cannot finish like me, you can always store it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, you can add some water and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
You can eat your oat meals with just honey, agave, maple syrup or any type of sweetener, but I like to add more into my oats. It makes it more tasty and full.
If you are looking into cutting down sugar, I would suggest swapping out with slices of bananas, apples, or any type of fruits that is naturally sweet.
